He has worked with top Corporate Hospitals and diagnostics Chain Such as AMRI Hospital, Suraksha, Apollo Group (AHLL), Medica group of Hospitals. Prior to starting his entrepreneur journey he was associated with Mediversal Hospital , Patna as Co-founder, Managing Director & CEO.
He has wide professional experience in consultancy services with Ernst & Young, IFC (World Bank), Tata Group, several State Governments, MoHFW- Government of India, NHRC, NHM, NACO, QCI etc. Mr Rajat is Known for establishing quality management system in several hospitals across the country and also have undergone the Quality inspections of various hospitals as an assessor of NABL, NABH & JCI. He has also been one of the core team members of the National healthcare policy making advisory panel of Niti Aayog, Govt of India”
Dr. Sanjay Kumar, is a distinguished figure in the realm of neurosurgery and spine surgery, boasting over 30+ years of invaluable experience. Renowned for his expertise in micro neurosurgery and minimally invasive spinal surgery, Dr. Sanjay Kumar stands as a beacon of excellence in his field. Dr. Sanjay Kumar embarked on his academic journey at Patna Medical College, where he earned his MBBS degree, before furthering his studies with an MS in General Surgery from Pt JNM Medical College, Raipur. His thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a prestigious MCh in Neurosurgery at Grant Medical College & Sir J. J. Hospital, Bombay.
His exemplary career includes a notable past role as Vice Chairman of Neurosurgery at Paras HEC Hospital in Ranchi, where he significantly impacted the field before transitioning to his current position at Curesta. Dr. Kumar’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of neurosurgical practice remains unwavering.

Dr. Debashis Sarkar is one of the top trusted Dermatologists from across India. He has around 40 years of experience as a Clinician. He did his Graduation from Medical College Hospitals / Calcutta University and Diploma in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology from Institute of Postgraduate Medical Research, Calcutta University. He has done his Doctor in Medicine (MD) with Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology from Calcutta University. Then he did his International Fellowship Program in American Academy of Dermatology, USA and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Global Peace University.
